Noon launches first big online sale in Dubai
International marketplace Noon has announced a huge promotion on its platform and partner shops.
Every UAE resident can now purchase noon gift cards at a 70% discount.
By purchasing a Noon gift card, the user will not only be able to use it within the marketplace but also pay for purchases in partner shops, which currently number up to 2,000 across the UAE.
Users can also pay for mobile phone and home internet services of such providers as Etisalat, DU, Virgin Mobile and Swyp, pay for various online services - Spotify, Apple, Netflix and others,
and use the card to visit attractions across the country.
The promotion is in line with Noon's desire to make the marketplace more popular in the region. We took a brief comment from the marketplace's CEO.
Faraz Khalid - We are determined to make Noon the flagship marketplace in the region and surpass our western competitors such as Amazon and Ebay. A lot of people think that Amazon and Ebay are out of competition, and that's probably true, but we understand our customers in the region better. And to prove our commitment to our users we want to please them with good promotions and discounts.
